Matt Hartzler is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience leading business and financial operations, revenue cycle transformation, and strategic growth initiatives. As CEO of Hartzler Healthcare, he brings deep expertise in hospital and physician practice management, offshore operational integration, and business process transformation. Matt has held senior leadership roles across hospital systems, private equity–backed organizations, and international healthcare service companies, consistently driving performance improvement and operational excellence. He is a prior Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is recognized for building sustainable strategies that strengthen financial performance and enhance the patient experience.

Known for building high-performing teams and driving operational transformation, Amanda brings a results-driven, collaborative approach to her role as Vice President of Operations at Hartzler Healthcare.

At Verizon, Chad served in leadership roles designing sensor-driven data platforms and managing enterprise technology solutions. Known for making complex technologies practical and accessible, he is dedicated to applying innovative digital tools that improve collaboration, efficiency, and outcomes in healthcare.

Mike Brennan brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Hartzler Healthcare. With a career spanning revenue cycle management, consulting, and operational transformation, Mike has helped health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations achieve measurable financial and operational improvements. He has held senior leadership roles at ATI Physical Therapy, AccentCare, and XSell Technologies, as well as with top consulting firms including Navigant and Grant Thornton. Mike is known for driving efficiency, accelerating cash flow, and building high-performing teams that deliver lasting value for clients.
